The FIRST stop in BRONX County (Bronx) for the D Train after leaving NEW YORK County (Manhattan) is 161st Street-Yankee Stadium, which I would Rename Yankee Stadium-161st Street. Transfer @ Yankee Stadium for the # 4 Train. After Yankee Stadium, the D train then turns onto Grand Concourse & travels along Grand Concourse for 98% of the rest of the route in Bronx County. That is the reason the D train in Bronx Couty is known as the Grand Concourse Line. In Addition, the D Train is the ONLY Subway Line in Bronx County that is COMPLETELY UNDERGROUND. The next stop is 167th Street, which I would rename East Highbridge-167th Street. The next stop is 170th Street, which I would rename West Claremont-170th Street. The next stop is 174-175th Street, which I would rename South Tremont: 174-175th Street. The Next stop is Tremont Avenue. The next stop is 182-183 Street, which I would rename South Fordham: 182-183 Street. The Next Stop is Fordman Road. FOrdham Road is where You can Transfer to the BX12 & BX12 SBS (Select Bus Service) Bus. The Next Stop is Kingsbridge Road. The Next stop is Bedford Park Blvd. The Next & LAST Stop & where the D Train turns East from Grand Concourse is Norwood-205th Street.

The ONLY Thing I would change about the D Train in Bronx County is the LOCAL-EXPRESS Schedule. In the Mornings, Every OTHER Train going TO New York County (Manhattan) would be LOCAL & Every Other Train would be EXPRESS. The Schedule for EXPRESS would be:

SATURDAYS: 6AM-12PM

SUNDAYS: 8AM-12PM

WEEKDAYS: 4AM-12PM

In the Afternoons, Every OTHER Train going TO Bronx County (Bronx) would be LOCAL & Every Other Train would be EXPRESS. The Schedule for EXPRESS would be:

SATURDAYS: 4PM-10PM

SUNDAYS: 6PM-10PM

WEEKDAYS: 2PM-10PM
